Nate Morris

Co-Founder & CEO, Rubicon Global

Nate Morris is the co-founder and CEO of Rubicon Global. Under his leadership, Rubicon has become the worldwide leader in sustainable, cloud-based waste and recycling solutions. Rubicon provides service worldwide in 16 countries and is the preferred solution of Fortune 500 brands. Morris is also the founder and chairman of Morris Industries, a private industrial group based in Lexington, Kentucky, focused on long-term holdings. He created the Morris Industries Foundation, which works to improve the lives of Kentuckians through strategic giving. Morris has been recognized as one of Fortune Magazine’s 40 Under 40 and Goldman Sach’s 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs. He has also been recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and a Kentucky Entrepreneur Hall of Fame member. Morris has been featured in Forbes, Vanity Fair, the New York Times and Fortune. Morris serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council at the University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business and Economics. Morris is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Bluegrass Chapter and the Council on Foreign Relations, and he was recently appointed to the Churchill Centre Board.

Morris was educated at George Washington University as a Scottish Rite Scholar and
Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School. While at Princeton, Morris was named a
fellow at the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress.
